The
Margin10 Referral Programs provide many of our sales leads while
effectively compensating those individuals directly responsible
for generating business. By completing a Client
Referral Form or Consultant
Referral Form one can quickly submit, register and track
both client and consultant leads.
The
Programs work like this:
Client
Referral Form
1. You identify an End-User client requirement for either contract,
consulting or permanent resources.
2. You fill out the Client Referral
Form and submit it confidentially to Margin10.
3. A receipt of your submission is emailed to you for proper
tracking, and verification.
4. If any conflicts or questions arise from your submission
a representative from Margin10 will personally call you within
24 hours of your submission to discuss the details.
5. Upon receipt of your submission, Margin10 immediately begins
working the opportunity by matching resources and submitting
resumes to the client for consideration.
6. Should the client select and hire one or more of the consultants
we submitted you receive up to 25% of the profit generated from
each placement.
Consultant
Referral Form
1. As Margin10 identifies opportunities for contract, consulting
or permanent resources the best available resource is not always
on-hand.
2. To fill these open client requirements Margin10 practices
all of the industries proven recruiting methods. In addition,
Margin10 has established one of the industries most effective
referral programs by encouraging and rewarding individuals to
refer their friends and/or colleagues.
3. As soon as Margin10 receives a client requirement it is posted
to our web site and many other national and local job boards.
Independent of these postings, Margin10 also emails all new
client resource requirements to anyone that signs up to be on
our Requirement Distribution
List. By receiving these requirements via email an individual
will have an excellent opportunity to refer a qualified consultant
and get paid for doing so
4. Upon receiving our email and reviewing the details of the
client requirement those individuals that feel they know a qualified
consultant, colleague or friend can use the Consultant
Referral Form to submit candidates.
5. Should our client interview and hire your candidate you will
receive up to 25% of the profit generated from this placement.
In addition, all consultants submitted for one assignment but
not placed will remain in our database for one year. If Margin10
places them on another assignment during that year you still
get paid.
6. For those individuals that would rather payroll their referral
consultant directly rather then receive a percentage of the
profit, Margin10 is not opposed to this and welcomes your submissions.
7. For those individuals that supply both the consultant and
the client requirement the profit will be split 50/50.
